Controlling your organisational costs has always been important, but since the beginning of the recession this has become increasingly more critical and having complete knowledge of all expenditure is a problem felt by most businesses.
Ideally, we would like each of our departmental managers to take control of their own budgets as they are best placed to manage the expenditure that they are responsible for. However, they don’t always have access to the information they need. Additionally, it would be great if the sales team were kept better informed to enable them to be more pro-active.
Some of the questions that we are asked include:
- How do I get meaningful departmental data out to the managers quickly enough?
- My managers work in a number of locations with no access to the system and I need to keep them updated, so how can I do this?

Software Satisfaction Awards 2010 – HBP Systems Ltd make the shortlist!

Although Kamarin Computers have long held the view that product enhancement should be a continuous and ongoing process, the company feels that the current changes to the products deserve a special mention.
New Websites Launched by HBP Systems Group!
Over the past few months the Internet Services department at HBP Systems Ltd have been re-developing some of our in-house websites using some of the latest techniques as well as updating the style and appearance of them. These changes have been made to help with the Search Engine Optimisation of each site as well as their conversion rates (of vistiors to enquiries) - both of which have already increased on all sites!
