Message Defence SPAM Protection Update

We have recently updated on our Message Defence service which has added new features and functionality and has brought around a few changes to the system and the way the software work.

The main change has been the introduction of the ability of the customer (you) to manage your own mail filtering settings and logs. These changes will allow you the customer to "self manage" your email filtering.

Along with the introduction of customer manageable settings and logs the user interface has been revamped and updated this should give the system a more friendly user interface.

Here is a list of some of the changes.

1: Customer admin can view and search their own mail log.

2: Customer admin can edit other users accounts (passwords, spam settings).

3: Customer admin can change their domains filter settings.

4: Enhancements to the User interface to make it easier to use and navigate around.
