Opera 16 End of Life and No Payroll for Opera 16

We want to make everyone who is still using Opera 16 or Opera 16 Payroll aware of the End of Life announcement from Pegasus which means that not only will Opera 16 will no longer be supported from September 2010 and Opera 16 Payroll will no longer be supported from 31st March 2010 - furthermore, no 2009/2010 Opera 16 Payroll update will be released, so to complete your year-end you must upgrade from Opera 16.

Pegasus announced a few months ago that due to a number of factors beyond their control, including an increased complexity of payroll legislation, an obligation to remain compliant with HMRC, and the pace of advanced technology that they would no longer be able to support the software.

Obviously we want to make any move you need to make as easy as possible, and to make the process of moving to Opera II or Opera II Payroll as easy as possible we are still able to offer a 40% discount for any migrations from Opera 16 and Opera 16 Payroll up until February 2010 – however, as we will need to book in installation dates during a very busy period we do suggest that you organise your upgrade as soon as possible. If you are an existing Pegasus user, migrating your Opera system to Opera II is your next move. We suggest that you act as soon as possible as Pegasus are running promotions with a percentage discount which slowly decreases in the run up to September 2010. The sooner you act the better deal you will receive!
