Pegasus Service Management & TomTom Work Seminar

A big thank you to everyone who came along to today's Pegasus Opera II Service Management Seminar at our offices in Scunthorpe. The seminar was well attended with a full table able to see presentations from Chris Scrivener of DM Pro and Sam Garrett of Pegasus.

Chris made the long journey up to Scunthorpe to demonstrate the TomTom Work software and integration to Opera II (a journey that was dislpayed during his presentation on the software!) and very kindly took the lead at the event after Sam was stuck in traffic on her way to us!

Sam did make it along with us just in time for the scheduled start though and ran through the key elements of Opera II that affect businesses with a service element - namely Service & Helpdesk, Sales Pipleline Manager and Document Manager.
