With the Inventory Register Module you can track all types of items, equipment, software and hardware at divisional or company level which can all be related to support contracts and tracked with the Problem Tracker module. All items can also be related to a specific user so that the right person can be contacted about any item and a new problem-logging wizard allows any support calls to be quickly logged against the correct inventory record.
