ProspectSoft Version 6 Upgrades – Book Yours Now!

We are now taking booking for on-site upgrades to the latest version of ProspectSoft which offers a whole host of new features to the CRM package. Our on-site service includes both ProspectSoft V6 server and client upgrades as well as the upgrade of any mobile devices in use.

You will also receive full training on the new features of the software which include:

o Enhanced Login Options – including additional choices and easier database set up
o New Screen Layout – including colour schemes, new menu groups, auto close/expand and favourites
o Dashboards – improved layout as well as additional user-defined dashboard reports now available
o New Report Types – including 3D reports and tree view reports
o New and Improved Searches – including quick search, additional search fields, advanced search and offline searches
o MIDI Tabs – for easy navigation around open windows
o Report Window – improved layout for easier report creation
o New Sort and Filters options on grid list views – the ability to sort and filter any list has been overhauled and made much easier to use
o Saving sort, column selection, column sequence – all selections in lists are now automatically saved and restored when opened again
o Detail Views – improved and enhanced functionality to all tabs including acestor/summary tab and b2c ancestor/summary tab as well as adding new Activity Summary Tab, At a Glance Tab and Google Map Buttons
o New Outlook Contact Sync Solution – allows the easy synchronisation of contacts from Microsoft Outlook, your phone or PDA
o Report writing & Infomaker – including improvements to criteria forms, reports and graphs and a new CustomSort Tag to allow the definition of every column
o New External Data Import Tool – new system for importing data with Excel file (.xls or .xlsx) compatibility
o A host of minor changes – including improved Undo, spell checker of speak/recall/notes, Drop down calendar date selection and an Inventory in the browser
