Sage 200 alleviates this problem by allowing many users in to the system at the same time. It uses Microsoft SQL Server and has been tested with up to 50 concurrent users at a time.

Need better management reports?

With Sage 200 you will benefit from 3 tier reporting. This powerful reporting ability allows you to make important decisions with all of the correct information when you need it.

Problems with foreign currency?

Sage 200 will automatically revalue a transaction itself if the exchange rate on the receipt/payment is different to the invoice. The system performs this with no intervention required from the user.

Want control over financial periods?

Sage 200 supports both Open and Closed period accounting. Sales, purchase, nominal, stock and cash book can be controlled individually.

Are you storing stock in multiple warehouses?

Sage 200 supports unlimited amounts of warehouse and can attach them against stock items. Warehouses can be two levelled allowing bins and racking shelves to be recorded within the warehouse.

Want more effective batch/ serial processing?

Sage 200 allows individual stock items to be serial/ batch tracked. When stock is despatched to a customer the system will seek confirmation of the serial/ batch numbers sent.

Need a system to specifically meet your needs?

Every screen in Sage 200 can be customised to include additional fields. This information can be used on reports and setup as criteria to run reports by.

Is your system slow?

Your current system may be running slow due to limitations in its database. Sage 200’s database is designed to process large numbers of transactions, allowing customers to have historical data going back years.
